This cosy little bungalow is a perfect base for exploring the wonderful stunning North Devon coastline. The bungalow is just 10 minutes from Westward Ho Beach - which is a 2 mile long sandy beach, known as Golden Bay - and is also 10 mins from the Royal North Devon Golf Course.  The Northern Burrows Country Park and the Tarka Trail - a must for walkers and cycles are also nearby.

With two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with adult sized bunk beds, it's perfect for couples or families. Fully modernised to a high standard, it is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The conservatory compliments the rest of the bungalow and adds extra space for an eating area or seating.  It is a real sun trap and is perfect for relaxing with a book when the weather is less favourable.

Front garden and rear courtyard means that you have a choice of outside seating and the rear courtyard also provides a dining area and BBQ.

Hopefully, the weather will be kind to you, but if it's not, then you have a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, TV and a selection of games, including chess and various board games. There is also a music system.
